Elder Jean Bonds has dedicated her life to ministry and community service, showcasing a profound commitment to faith and leadership. Ordained and licensed in 2008 under Apostle Dr. Matthew Evans and the covering of End Time Ministries, Inc., Elder Bonds has since served in various capacities, enriching the lives of many through her work.
At Victorious Life Ministries, under the guidance of Bishop Dr. Dwight Smith, she serves as the Dance Ministry Director and as an assistant to Founding Pastor Apostle Dr. Matthew Evans. Her leadership and passion extend beyond her local church, impacting numerous organizations and ministries.
In her community, Elder Bonds plays vital roles in women’s organizations and ministries. She is the Vice President and Committee Chair for several groups, including Women With A Vision Int’l, where she serves as Maryland Regional District President, and Women With A Call Int’l, where she is the Membership Coordinator and Secretary for the New England Branch. Her influence also spans international ministries, including her roles within "Apostolic Women Birthing Nations" and as the Director of Logistical Affairs for the Ecumenical Association Of Leaders & Pastors.
Elder Bonds is an integral part of the International Dance Commission, where she serves on the Executive Team as the East Region Coordinator, Maryland State Chapter Coordinator, and Hospitality Coordinator. Her dedication to dance and ministry is further exemplified through her role as the Owner and Executive Director of Anointed Dance & Expressions Drama Company, LLC.
In March 2008, Elder Bonds founded “Woman To Woman International Ministries,” a support and networking ministry for women in ministry and those married to men in ministry. This ministry encompasses various initiatives, including the “Can We Talk Now” Book Club, Talitha Koum “Daughter’s Arise” Youth Mentoring Program, and “Connecting For His Purpose,” which supports mission trips.
Elder Bonds is also an entrepreneur, managing three businesses, a speaker, and a full-time professional in the health field. Her writing has been featured in online magazines and newsletters, where she addresses topics such as marriage, worship, goal setting, and the ministry of dance. Her first book collaboration, "Surviving Her: The Art Of Forgiveness," spearheaded by visionary Cathy Staton, marks a significant milestone in her literary journey.
Elder Jean Bonds and her husband reside in Baltimore, Maryland. This past June, they celebrated 26 years of marriage. Her life is a testament to her love for serving and helping people. Living by faith, she stands firmly on Philippians 4:19: "God will supply all my needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Her story is one of unwavering dedication, faith, and a relentless pursuit of uplifting her community and beyond.
